PROJECT FINANCIALS

We have a Program to establish the IT Village with in 5 years and our Target foreign investment for this project is 2-5 billion US dollars. ITC will arrange full foreign investment from the company “BB invest” of Czech Republic. We have a joint venture partner with them and they are already involved with our existing business sector of Real-estate & IT Sector.

We want to bring 100% foreign investment in IT Sector with in 2-10 years more than 10 billion dollars. Bangladesh govt. (Ministry of Science and Technology) will enjoy 20% Share from this project on provide providing us the selected place for “Kalia-koir IT Village Project”. Bangladesh govt. will also have to ensure road, gas line, electricity facilities for this project. We will also make our own power source for electricity as back up power supply to provide 100% electricity availability on the Hi-tech Park.
