Motors is a proposed project under Direct Foreign Investment for Bangladesh Road & Transport Sector in BOO or BOT Basis with Corsotium of USA, China, Germany, Italy and Czech Republic about 300 Million USD. |

| THE GOAL OF THIS PROJECT |

If this project successfully runs, general public will get great achievement in their daily life, they will get better transport service in discount fare.

This project is asking facilities from the Ministry of Communication (BRTC) to provide all the IPP Facilities with full tax exemption status written explanation will be provided confirming that, all buses including equipment, fuel and spare parts are exempt from taxes. These including all the facilities that IPP guaranteed for the duration contract period from the begining till the contract expire (Year 2009 to 2025), The exempt status means full protection from payment to all local and federal Government taxes including both Federal State or city income taxes that might apply this tax exempt status queue. Confirm irrevocable and transportable in the change of political and Government status.
- The Bus will be supplied/delivered after signing the contract issued by BRTC with full endorsement by BOI Ministry and cabunets to the total requrements of the financing Bankers and investors.
- Delivery of Buses and equipments will not exceed 150 days after the letter of Award of the contract it is expected to be accomplished within 150days period or shorter after the contract signed up.
- BRTC shall be allowed to exercise import and purchase gas (CNG), Diesel, parts and equipments from any available sources without restriction to country or origin the full tax exemption will be applicable the IPP status any.
- BRTC (BOI) shall also provide special permit to allow skilled experienced Technician management team for maintenance and after delivery services to assure smooth transition of technology transfer.
- BRTC shall maintain good report with all relevant and vital govornments agencies and department to assure full protecttion well being of duration and completion of the contract period and beyond.
This Project will bring New Job for 5000 people including the Skilled and experienced BRTC workers and technicians. |
